Demi Lovato's ex-fiancé Max Ehrich lashes out at singer for joking about their breakup at awards show
Demi Lovato's ex-fiancé, Max Ehrich, has lashed out at the singer for poking fun of their relationship at the People's Choice Awards earlier this week.
The Young and The Restless actor did not appreciate being on the other end of the joke and expressed his frustration in a since-deleted comment left on his ex's recent Instagram photo.
"Stop talking about me at awards shows. Thanks," the 29-year-old reportedly wrote in one comment, screenshotted by popular celebrity site Deuxmoi.
"Exploiting our breakup for clout at PCA is not chill," he allegedly wrote in a follow-up message.

It was this past Monday that Lovato, 28, appeared to turn their six-month relationship into a punchline as she hosted the PCAs at The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
The couple began dating in March, quarantining together at Lovato's Malibu home, before Ehrich capped off their whirlwind romance with a proposal in July.
"I am so excited to be here tonight because honestly, this year has been the longest three years of my life," Lovato joked on stage during her opening monologue. "Don't get me wrong, it started out amazing. I performed at the GRAMMYs and sang the national anthem at the Super Bowl. But then, COVID hit, and everything shut down.

"So I did what everyone else did, I went into lockdown mode, and got engaged. I got into painting, photography, meditation, tested the limits of post mates unlimited.
"Also, I didn't know this could happen but reached the end of Instagram four times. I binged seven seasons of Pretty Little Liars, got unengaged, then went looking for aliens in the desert."

FYI, that last line was not a joke. When she wasn't busy writing her breakup ballad, 'Still Have Me', Lovato found time to go searching for aliens in the California desert.
The singer did some soul searching in the Joshua Tree National Park with ufologist Dr Steven Greer and his team, CE5 (aka Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind), and she said the group saw some UFOs during her expeditions.

"Over the past couple months I have dug deep into the science of consciousness and experienced not only peace and serenity like I've never known but I also have witnessed the most incredibly profound sightings both in the sky as well as feet away from me," Lovato she wrote on Instagram last month.
"This planet is on a very negative path towards destruction but WE can change that together. If we were to get 1 per cent of the population to meditate and make contact, we would force our governments to acknowledge the truth about extraterrestrial life among us and change our destructive habits destroying our planet."
