Bachelor in Paradise footage teases pool hookup between Corinne and DeMario

A new trailer for Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 teases the now-infamous pool hookup between Corinne Olympios and castmate DeMario Jackson.

The footage comes following a report that Corinne admitted to mixing prescription drugs with alcohol on the day she passed out while appearing to have a sexual encounter with DeMario.

According to TMZ, a source close to the production said Corinne said she took the pills with alcohol during Saturday's taping of the Bachelor in Paradise reunion special. The source said she didn't elaborate on what type of prescription pills she took but said they intensified her drunkenness and caused her to "black out".

Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 was shut down in June after two producers spoke out about an incident captured on camera during filming at a Mexican resort. In the footage, DeMario, 30, allegedly performed a sexual act on Corinne, 25, as her "limp" body lay on the concrete. DeMario and Corinne had reportedly been drinking and canoodling by the pool that day.

The producers' claims led Warner Bros., the show's production studio, to launch an investigation into the alleged incident. Ten days later, the studio announced the investigation was completed and found no evidence of misconduct.

The show resumed filming, but added strict new rules about having sex with fellow castmates, guidelines on alcohol intake, and tighter checks on legal and illegal substances.

Neither Corinne nor DeMario returned to the cast. They will, however, appear in the show's reunion special, set to air later this year.
