Kardashian hairstylist Chris Appleton, 40, files for divorce from White Lotus star husband Lukas Gage, 28, after six months of marriage

Kim Kardashian's hairstylist Chris Appleton has filed for divorce from his White Lotus star husband Lukas Gage, 28, after just six months of marriage, Page Six and TMZ are reporting.

Both publications have reportedly obtained court documents, with Appleton, 40, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Their date of separation is listed as November 10 and the pair reportedly have a prenup in place.

TMZ reports that an insider said Appleton "tried everything he could to make the marriage work and needed to make the best decision for himself".

The couple tied the knot in Las Vegas on April 22, reportedly at the Little White Chapel.

They were first linked back in February and quickly got engaged.

Appleton's good friend Kim Kardashian officiated the wedding and the nuptials recently aired on The Kardashians.

Singer Shania Twain serenaded the pair while in Vegas after the nuptials.

Back in March, Appleton said on The Drew Barrymore Show, "I'm very happy [and] very much in love. I feel very grateful to be able to share my time with someone very special. Love is a really special thing and, I think, meeting someone that you connect with is very special."

Gage, who portrayed Adam in season four of You, also spoke of his beau on NBC's Today show, "I feel very happy, very lucky and very much in love."

Similarly, a source told Us Weekly about the fast engagement: "Friends think they are a great couple. Even though they moved very quickly, everyone around them is very excited about their relationship."
