Supermodel Chanel Iman marries NFL star Davon Godchaux five months after giving birth: 'Our dream day'

Victoria's Secret model Chanel Iman is married!

The supermodel, 33, tied the knot with her NFL star partner Davon Godchaux, 29, on a yacht in the Caribbean Sea on February 24. They held a civil ceremony in New York earlier in January.

"This was our ideal, dream day," Iman told Vogue about the nuptials, after having given birth to their first child together just five months ago.

"We planned the wedding the way we desired – doing something together that we love with our kids and our blended family," she said.

She added: "We laughed, we cried, we danced - and made incredible memories together."

The model also shared the news with her millions of Instagram followers and shared pictures of their big day.

"Finally I am officially Chanel Iman Godchaux 🎉 so much to celebrate and be grateful for 🙏🏽," she wrote in her post.

"Together we will continue to move mountains and love each other through thick and thin ❤️ We are forever family."

She added: "I love you so much Davon 💍💎Can't wait for what the future holds together."

She also shares two daughters with her NFL star ex-husband Sterling Shepard, 31, while Godchaux has a son from a previous relationship.

The model split with Shepard in 2021.

Godchaux proposed in May last year while the pair were on holiday in Italy.

"The blessings keep pouring, grateful for this new chapter and soon to be married and a forever to go," she wrote at the time of their engagement.

He added: "It's about damn time. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you! In this together 10 toes deep! My fiancée and soon-to-be wife."

Iman hails from Atlanta, Georgia, and started her modelling career at the age of 12.

She has since modelled for the likes of Victoria's Secret, Burberry and Louis Vuitton.
