Bruce Willis' wife whereabouts are unknown as his wife returns to California after isolating with his ex Demi Moore in Idaho

The mystery surrounding Bruce Willis' whereabouts throughout the coronavirus pandemic continues to unfold.

After his wife Emma Heming finally made it to Idaho where the 65-year-old has been quarantining under unusual circumstances with his ex-wife Demi Moore and their three children for the last several weeks, the 41-year-old model is now back in California, but Willis is nowhere to be seen.

Sharing beachside snaps to her Instagram with the couple's two children — Mabel, eight, and Evelyn, six — Willis was noticeably absent in the photos suggesting that he may have chosen to remain in isolation with his ex and their three grownup kids — Rumer, 31, Scout, 28, and Tallulah, 26.

Adding to the beachy vibe, Heming used the Beach Boy's classic 'California Girls' as backing music to her post, alongside the caption: "Back to reality."

The three of them then returned home to snuggle up and watch Magic For Humans in bed.

Despite quarantining with the Ghost actress and their kids for the last six weeks or so, earlier this month, Heming was finally about to join her husband, just in time for Evelyn's sixth birthday celebrations.

"A big day over here! Not only did the baby of family turn six, she decided to take those training wheels off #thisis6 #proudfamily," wrote Mabel's proud mum on Instagram.

It was during a March trip to visit his ex and his adult daughters at their home in Sun Valley, Idaho, that Bruce reportedly got trapped there after lockdowns were imposed across the country, grinding non-essential travel to a halt.

While it remains unclear as to where exactly Bruce is now, the Die Hard star was last photographed by his daughter Rumer on May 15, decked out in his Armageddon "saving the world outfit."
