Britney Spears steps out with a ring on her finger, prompting engagement rumours

Britney Spears has fuelled rumours that she's engaged to boyfriend Sam Asghari.

The 36-year-old was spotted out and about in LA over the weekend, with eagle-eyed fans noticing a little gold band worn on her wedding ring finger.

The iconic pop star -- who celebrates 20 years in the biz this month -- has kept quiet on whether she is set to marry her personal trainer boyfriend.

However, she recently posted an adorable photo cuddling up to the hunky 24-year-old at son Jayden’s football game, which indicates that their two-year relationship is still going strong.

Spears gushed about her man on another Instagram post earlier this year, writing: "Everyday he inspires me to be a better person and that makes me feel like the luckiest girl in the world!!"

However, it's not all happy families for the divorced parents, who have been locked in a bitter custody battle. The 40-year-old DJ demanded $80k in child support per month from his ex-wife. 

According to court documents obtained by E! News, Spears was ordered by a judge to pay Federline $150,000 for "legal costs and fees" last month.
