Ellen won't let new dad Bradley Cooper forget his infamous fake baby scene: Watch!
Bradley Cooper is notoriously private about his personal life, but that didn't stop Ellen DeGeneres from throwing in an excellent baby-related bit during the new dad's recent show appearance.
"I don't know if you know this," she began, "but you have a baby."
"What?!" exclaimed the Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 actor in mock horror.
And then she flipped the switch and brought up one of the most iconic moments in recent cinematic history.
"I knew you'd be a good father when I saw you in American Sniper," Ellen deadpanned. "He’s so good with a baby."
The 59-year-old host was, of course, referring to Bradley's infamous scene in the 2014 film in which his character's newborn is played by a terribly unrealistic plastic baby doll.
"I can't believe you!" Bradley, 42, groaned, slumping over in his chair. "We've already been through this before."
But Ellen wasn't done yet!
"It's such a dramatic scene! And yet your little finger is …," she added before dissolving into giggles as the scene played behind them.
In the clip, Bradley – who played real-life Navy SEAL Chris Kyle in the Oscar-nominated film – can be seen awkwardly rocking the doll while using his finger to not-so-subtly move its arm and create the illusion of life.
Bradley welcomed his first child with his model girlfriend Irina Shayk last month, a daughter named Lea De Seine Shayk. The duo have been dating since early 2015.
