'I'm over the s---': Biggest Loser's Shannan Ponton blows up over Commando and Michelle Bridges' relationship

Michelle Bridges and Steve "Commando" Willis' relationship took centre stage on the latest episode of The Biggest Loser: Families, but not for the right reasons.

In one of the show's most surprising outbursts, trainer Shannan Ponton accused the couple of letting their relationship influence their teams into an alliance.

That's when the fiery words flew out of his mouth, with Shannan calling "bulls---" on Michelle and Commando's claims that they aren't mixing work with their personal lives. Yikes! Watch above.

Commando, 39, held firm that he won't "bring my personal life into my work life", while Michelle vowed she's always "stay[ed] out of the politics" in nine years on the show.

So does this mean things are frosty now between Shannan, 42, and long-time colleagues and expectant parents Michelle, 45, and Commando?

Commando denied that Shannan had issues with him and Michelle on KIIS FM's Kyle and Jackie O on Tuesday morning: "Why would he have a problem with us being together? We're two human beings getting on with life together."

All that reality TV drama says otherwise…
