Kaley Cuoco calls for a Big Bang Theory reunion 'like Friends'
The Big Bang Theory may only have ended last May, but star Kaley Cuoco has already called for an epic reunion, following in the footsteps of Friends.
Cuoco, who played Penny on the long-running American sitcom, told Extra that she "would be down" for a reunion episode.
"You know, what I would hope for, the same way that Friends is doing this get-together, I really hope that for Big Bang at some point we do some sort of regroup together, do an episode talking about the show."

The Big Bang Theory premiered in 2007 and ran for 12 seasons. When it ended last year, Cuoco revealed that she was happy with the show's final episode.
She said, "I'm thrilled with it. It's one of the sweetest finales I have ever seen. It was perfection and a memory that I'll have for the rest of my life."

The highly-anticipated Friends reunion will air on HBO Max in May. It's been announced that it will be an unscripted episode filmed at the same studio as the original series, which ended in 2004. Fans are speculating that it will be in the form of a big cast interview.
Many other popular TV shows have had reunions or reboots in the last couple of years, including Gilmore Girls, Full House, and Star Trek.
There's no word yet on if or when Big Bang will get the reunion treatment, but it certainly feels like a likely possibility.
