'Bachelor in Paradise' star Keira Maguire hints at real reason for Jarrod Woodgate split
Merely hours after announcing her shock split from Jarrod Woodgate, Bachelor in Paradise's Keira Maguire has hinted that her former flame was more interested in fame than "true love."
In a since deleted interaction with a fan, 31-year-old Maguire hit back at a follower who suggested Woodgate was more into finding true love than being part of "a power insta couple."
"I'm sorry this has happened. I thought you two were good for each and brought out the best in [each] other. However, he was more interested in finding true love than becoming part of a power insta couple," read the fan's comment.
A feisty Maguire wrote back "Yeah, that's what I throughly too," clearly fumbling with the keyboard meaning "thought" not "throughly."
While the meaning of the feisty TV star's comment is a touch ambiguous, one interpretation reads that she once believed Woodgate was indeed looking for true love. Another possibility is that she believed that they actually did make a good couple.
While Woodgate is yet to publicly acknowledge the pair's split, he has since unfollowed her on Instagram after she posted her heartbreaking statement on Sunday.
"It is with a very sad heart but I have to let you all know that Jarrod and I have split up... I'm sorry if anyone is disappointed or if I have let anyone down. Please respect our privacy as this is a very hard time for me."
