The Bachelorette Australia: Angie Kent addresses speculation she's split from Carlin Sterritt

Angie Kent has addressed speculation she's split from her boyfriend Carlin Sterritt.

The former Bachelorette was forced to weigh in on rumours after eagle-eyed fans noticed the couple momentarily unfollowed each other on social media.

"Temporarily bringing this account out of hibernation to inform you love is f-----g dead. These two have now unfollowed each other on Insta aka the millennial way of announcing ya breakup," fan account Bachie Funny captioned a post, alongside screenshots as evidence.

Hours later, the couple appeared to re-follow each other leaving fans utterly confused as to the couple's relationship status.

But Angie alerted fans that it was simply a "glitch" and not to assume anything about their relationship. Meanwhile, the reality star didn't deny that they had gone their separate ways.

"Glitch in the system. Leave it. If you don't know, you don't know," Angie directly commented on the post. "Amen!!! And everyone got their happy ending when the show was on. Now it's no one's business. It's my real life. So best people stay out of it unless they know for real what someone is going through," she added.

On June 2, Carlin was approached about rumours he'd split from Angie.

"It's silly. Angie is just visiting home for a bit to change things up," he told The Daily Mail. "We've been in each other's pockets enough over the past few months and family is important."
