Actress Amanda Bynes has been mandated into a psychiatric facility for her mental health, according to The Blast.

The decision was made last week by a judge in her conservatorship case, after meeting with her family and then-fiancé Paul Michael.

A secret hearing was reportedly held Thursday last week where they all discussed Bynes' current metal state, and ultimately decided it was best for her to be placed under psychiatric care. This comes a week after she celebrated a year of sobriety on Instagram.

Bynes agreed to the decision but apparently, over the weekend, she never showed up to check in to the live-in facility. She is reportedly refusing to cooperate.

This comes just three weeks after Amanda and Michael announced their engagement, then abruptly decided to split this week. The couple met in rehab and were reportedly dating for three months.

This year Bynes' mother Lynn has made it clear that she wants her daughter to remain in a controlled environment. "Lynn feels Amanda isn't in any capacity to make any decisions about her care or treatment," a source told Us Weekly.

The She's The Man star has been placed under her mother's conservatorship since 2014, after she suffered a public meltdown and was admitted to a psychiatric ward.
