Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye name baby son Saint West. Twitter reaction is priceless

It's been a whole 48 hours of waiting but Kim Kardashian West has finally revealed the name of her and Kanye West's son. Drum roll please….step forward, Saint West.

The reality TV star broke the news on her Twitter, using a selection of emoticons, and in less than five minutes it had already been retweeted 10k and was the top trending. No surprise, right?

We always thought the couple might opt for a religious-inspired name after their visit to Jerusalem in June, where North, now two, was baptised.

But we had hoped for a Jeezus.

However, it looks like the couple's fans weren't quite ready for their baby name decision. In fact, take a little look at reaction in the moments after the announcement....

Well, at least it isn't Storm Desmond, which many believed was the name on the weekend due to the hashtag trending moments after news broke that Kim had given birth. 

For those of you who missed it, it was an actual storm taking place in the UK called Desmond. 

It came after Saint was born on Saturday in LA, with reports saying it was a stressful birth for 35-year-old Kim as she was "incredibly anxious" in the hours before.

The mum-of-two shared the news on her Kim Kardashian West blog, saying she had given birth to a baby boy. Unsurprisingly, the site soon went into meltdown and crashed due to the crazy traffic.

A representative also added: "Kim Kardashian West and her husband, Kanye West, welcomed the arrival of their son this morning."

So, Kim has hit her blog with the announcement, her Twitter with the name and we're guessing Instagram is her next port of call for the first picture. Stay tuned.
