'Stop spreading rumours': 1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton slams speculation her sister Amy Slaton is pregnant

Tammy Slaton and her family have opened their lives to fans on the hit show 1000-Lb Sisters, but sometimes things can get a little out of hand.

Tammy Slaton has cleared the air on two recent rumours following her family, shutting down any speculation in a new video on TikTok.

First, Tammy addressed fan chatter that her sister Amy Slaton was pregnant with her third child. Viewers had begun to wonder about noticing Amy have strange cravings during recent episodes of the show's sixth season.

"I wish people would stop spreading rumours," the 38-year-old said. "But I'm here to tell you, Amy is not pregnant."

Amy, 37, has two sons, Gage, four, and Glenn, two, with her ex-husband Michael Halterman.

Tammy also clarified a disturbing rumour about her sister-in-law Brittany, who is married to her brother Chris Combs.

"And Brittany did not pass away," Tammy said.

Fans were thankful for the star's honesty about both situations.

"Thankyou !! I was looking EVERYWHERE about Brittney 🥺🥰 I was about to cry 😢," one relieved fan wrote in response.

"I'm so thankful to hear this. Thank you for letting me know. I was heartbroken. Glad Brittany is ok," said another.

Other fans expressed frustration about the rumours.

"I did not see those rumors. Who would say those things!!" said one concerned commenter.

"It's driving me nuts. People are still spreading misinformation," shared another.

Since 2020, 1000-Lb Sisters has followed the lives and weight loss journeys of sisters Tammy and Amy.

In August, Tammy celebrated a huge milestone and revealed her 500 lb (227 kilogram) weight loss.
