A young man has suffered serious cuts to his face during a fight in the Sydney CBD overnight.
Police were called to George Street about 1am, after receiving reports of a man with a cut to his nose from an assault.

The man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for treatment.
Police later arrested a 39-year-old man in Belmore Park, who is police with their inquiries.
