Workers hope to breakfast with the PM

Weekend workers are hoping they can discuss the importance of penalty rates with the prime minister over porridge.
The ACTU will bid for a breakfast with Tony Abbott at Kirribilli House as part of the parliamentary press gallery's mid-winter ball charity fundraiser.
If successful, two workers who are paid weekend rates will join ACTU president Ged Kearney and United Voice president Jo Schofield at the special sit down.
