Woolworths to discontinue popular members-only program
Woolworths is set to discontinue its popular Bunch program next month.
The members-only platform, which had a long waiting list, offered members free products in exchange for a review.

The website also allowed customers to post recipes and share their thoughts on forums.
The Bunch platform is set to close on October 27 in Australia and New Zealand.
As a result of the change, customers will no longer receive the free samples offered through the program.
“Over the years, we’ve loved sharing free samples with you, but we are now evolving our approach to product feedback,” the company said.
“By bringing reviews right into our digital store and checkout, we’re creating a single, seamless experience.
“This means your feedback will reach and help far more shoppers.
“While this means we’ll be closing our standalone platform and not providing these free samples, your reviews will now have a much bigger impact.”
Members of the program received an email notifying them about the change on Tuesday.
A Woolworths spokesperson said the company would move the ratings and reviews posted on the Bunch platform to the supermarket’s website and app.
“As a gesture of goodwill, our loyal bunchees will receive a number of special appreciation offers to boost within their Everyday Rewards account,” the spokesperson said.
The company said there would be no changes to the Everyday Rewards loyalty program.
