Woman shot in leg at organic market in Melbourne’s north

A manhunt is underway in Melbourne after a woman was shot in the leg at Northcote in the city's inner north.

The woman, aged in her 20s, is also suffering facial injuries.

Police have said the shooting happened at Joe's Organic Market on Victoria Road.

The woman was found in a residence behind the store.
