Woman goes missing while hitchhiking in Central Queensland

A camper has been reporting missing in Central Queensland, with police believing she may have been hitchhiking to Rockhampton.
Sarah Lindsay, aged 36, was last seen at 2pm on Saturday, at a "secluded camping spot" on Bularoo Creek, near the Carnarvon Highway between Injune and Rolleston, the Queensland Police Service said.
She later visited a Rolleston hotel at 8.30pm that night, and then a Bauhinia shop at 8am Sunday, police have since confirmed.
Investigators believe she may have then hitchhiked from Bauhinia in a "red Pajero or similar vehicle", towards Rockhampton.
Ms Lindsay is Caucasian, with blonde hair and red highlights. She was last seen barefoot and wearing black, tartan-patterned pyjama pants.
Police believe she was travelling with two kelpie puppies – one tan and one black.
