Wifi now available on RAAF aircraft

Travel aboard RAAF transport aircraft isn't always the most comfortable way to get around but now you can get wifi, something still not available on many airlines.

The RAAF has rolled out wifi capability for those travelling in their C-17 Globemaster aircraft but it's not intended for bored passengers to update Facebook or watch YouTube cat videos.

It's for purely defence purposes such as receiving the latest mission information before arrival.
