* Almost $300 million in new funding over four years to improve treatment and prevention

* $241.5m investment in 31 primary health networks to reduce demand

* $13m for new Medicare Benefits Schedule items for addiction medicine specialists

* $25m to community education programs and funding 220 new community drug action teams

* New Centre for Clinical Excellence for Emerging Drugs of Concern

WHAT ABOUT LAW ENFORCEMENT?

* $1 million to roll out the national Dob in a Dealer hotline

* $5 million to the Australian Crime Commission to deploy officers internationally

* Creation of a joint AFP-Chinese National Narcotics Control Commission taskforce

* Pilot program for sharing intelligence with states/territories to uncover unexplained wealth.
