Welfare group's press complaint upheld

The Daily Telegraph has been reprimanded for inaccurately and unfairly reporting a welfare group had been supplying "bludging guides" for disability pensioners.
The Australian Press Council upheld part of a complaint by National Welfare Rights Network against the newspaper.
"We didn't expect to be misrepresented on the front pages of the tabloids and to be unfairly labelled as a con," network president Kate Beaumont said in a statement on Tuesday.
