Most Sydney ferries resume after thick layer of fog caused disruptions
The majority of Sydney ferries are back up and running after services were suspended due to heavy fog clouding the city this morning.
The reduced visibility prompted road weather alerts for essential workers heading into the city.

Motorists were warned of dangerous driving conditions, however roads remain relatively quiet as the city's COVID-19 lockdown continues.
Transport NSW confirmed the following ferry services had resumed after cancellations this morning: F2 Taronga Zoo, F3 Parramatta River, F4 Pyrmont Bay, F5 Neutral Bay, F6 Mosman Bay, F7 Double Bay, F8 Cockatoo Island and F9 Watsons Bay.
However, buses continue to replace F1 Manly ferries between Manly and Circular Quay due to the fog.

The fog largely affected the western parts of the city as it extended to the coastline.
The Bureau of Meteorology said the fog was a result of Sydney's rain and humidity in the past 24 hours.
More than 15mm of rain fell in the city yesterday, with showers forecast to ease today.
