WA schoolboy allegedly pushed by teacher

A primary school teacher has been charged over an alleged classroom assault on a 10-year-old student in Western Australia's Peel region.
Police say the 46-year-old man stood in front of the boy, grabbed his shirt and then pushed him backwards into a bookcase.
The man has been charged with assault and will appear at Mandurah Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
