WA man pleads not guilty to fatal shooting

A 28-year-old man charged over a triple shooting in the Perth suburb of Banksia Grove will face a trial.
Brock Kevin Johnston pleaded not guilty in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday to murdering 23-year-old Mitchell Finnerty, and attempting to murder Coffin Cheaters bikie member Pellegrino Mule and his son Mark on April 26.
He was remanded in custody to appear in the WA Supreme Court on November 14.
