WA man may face murder charge after death

A man has died after an assault at a home south of Perth and his alleged attacker may now face a murder charge.
Police were called to a house on Forward Street in Mandurah on Thursday night and separated the two men, who were known to each other.
The 43-year-old victim was given immediate first aid and rushed to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in a critical condition but he died on Sunday.

On Monday, police said the 45-year-old man accused of the attack may have his attempted murder charge upgraded to murder.
