WA man charged over 'obscene act' in car

A 59-year-old man has been charged after police allegedly found him lying naked on the back seat of a car in Perth committing an "obscene act".

The man resisted when officers tried to remove him from the car, which was parked on Hall Road in Wanneroo at 8pm on Monday, police say.

He has been charged with obscene acts in public and obstructing a public officer, and is scheduled to appear in Joondalup Magistrates Court on October 12.
