WA's corruption watchdog has accused an accountant of telling two people of interest in an investigation what he planned to say before his appearance at a hearing.

The Corruption and Crime Commission has charged the 67-year-old man with three counts of unlawfully disclosing restricted information related to a CCC investigation, and one count of giving false testimony at a private examination in June.

He is due to appear in Perth Magistrates Court on December 10.

Three other men were charged last week with unlawfully disclosing restricted information related to the same investigation, and are due in court on the same day.
