A Perth policeman has been hit by a car during a search of the vehicle after a man allegedly involved in a domestic dispute leapt into the driver's seat and reversed into him.
A second officer was forced to jump out of the away to avoid being struck outside the South Lake home on Sunday evening.
Another police car tried to stop the man before he sped away and crashed into an Alfa Romeo, police said.
