A Perth chef has been accused of sexually abusing 11 youths over 45 years.

Police say the 65-year-old man indecently assaulted his victims between 1968 and 2013.

He was initially charged in January with indecently assaulting a seven-year-old boy and three girls, aged between six and 18.

But on Wednesday, police said the man was facing an additional 10 charges over a further seven victims, including carnal knowledge against the order of nature and indecent assault.

Some complainants knew him through family relationships and others knew him through his employment as a chef, police said.

The Lesmurdie man was involved with at least eight restaurants in Mandurah, Belmont, East Perth, Kalamunda and Northbridge from 1970 to 2014.
