WA beach warning after shark encounter

A warning is in place at a beach south of Perth after a surfer told authorities his board was struck by a two-metre shark.
The Department of Fisheries said the incident happened about 30 metres off Falcon Bay Beach at Mandurah on Friday morning.
The surfer wasn't bitten and there was no visible damage to his board.
