Three men killed in country WA crash
Three men are dead after the ute they were travelling in crashed into a tree in country WA.
The men were travelling along Johnson Street in Bruce Rock, 250km east of Perth, when their car went out of control and hit the tree shortly after midnight on Friday.
Police have yet to identify the men, believed to be in their 20s.
Two of the men died at the scene, while the other died soon after arriving at the local hospital.
Major crash investigators were due at the scene on Saturday.
It is the second crash to claim several lives in the state at the start of the Labour Day long weekend.
Two men - a motorcycle rider and his pillion passenger - died after colliding with a truck in Bunbury in the South West about 5pm on Friday.
Both men were 25-year-olds from Dalyellup and died at the scene.
Drivers risk incurring double demerits in WA during the long weekend.
