Truth about Link 'blocked': MacTiernan
AAP
Member for Perth Alannah MacTiernan has accused the federal and West Australian governments of trying to prevent scrutiny of the $1.6 billion Perth Freight Link.
Ms MacTiernan said the Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure Regional Development this week refused to release any documents about the contentious project that weren't already in the public domain.
She said traffic counts, traffic projections and cost estimates underpinning the project were considered too sensitive to release, and it was claimed releasing them would damage Commonwealth-state relations.
