Three men have pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, robbing and unlawfully killing a Perth mother-of-three after the more serious charge of murder was dropped.

Peta Fairhead, 27, was pronounced dead soon after she was allegedly pushed from a car and dumped outside the emergency department of Joondalup Health Campus in the early hours of August 3 last year.

Leroy Daniel Smith and Lucas James Yarran, both 20, and 19-year-old Ross James Boag are accused of being armed with a baseball bat and machete when they stole from Ms Fairhead and two other people, before unlawfully killing her.

They pleaded not guilty to all charges when they appeared in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday via video link from prison, and were committed to stand trial in the WA Supreme Court.

Their next court appearance will be in April.
