Thieves siphon 2000L diesel from storage
AAP
Thieves have siphoned 2000 litres of diesel from barrels stored in a shipping container in Perth's north.
Senior Sergeant Neville Patterson said the fuel was stolen sometime between December 17 and 22 from a secure storage business on Scarborough Beach Road in Osborne Park.
It is believed the thieves accessed the container from a shared driveway and used cutting tools to break inside.

Snr Sgt Patterson said the theft was an "isolated" incident and police were checking CCTV in the area to identify the culprits.
