Taxi driver fights indecent assault charge

A West Australian taxi driver is to face trial accused of indecently assaulting a woman.
Suni Kumar Saharan pleaded not guilty in the Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday to six charges of unlawful and indecent assault.
The court heard Saharan is in Australia on a 457 visa but is not currently working.

He will face a one-day trial on December 2.
