Suspicious WA fire causes $200k damage

A suspicious house fire in Perth's south has caused an estimated $200,000 worth of damage, but no one was inside at the time.

Firefighters were called to the timber and asbestos White Gum Valley property just before midnight on Wednesday which took almost an hour to extinguish.

Police are questioning a man in his 30s.
