Signs of Perth property price rebound
AAP

A home value index released by property data and analytics company CoreLogic on Wednesday showed Perth dwelling prices had inched 2.1 per cent higher over the past three months.
Head of research Tim Lawless said the value downturn in the city, evident since 2014, may have reached its bottom.
