Second man charged over Perth factory fire

A second man has been charged over a factory fire in Perth's south-east that caused $10 million worth of damage.
A 31-year-old man was charged with criminal damage by fire last week after the March 14 blaze at the Welshpool warehouse and factory. A 63-year-old man was charged on Tuesday with the same offence.
He is due to appear in court on Wednesday.
