Western Australia police search for missing man

Police are searching for a man missing from a hostel in Perth who may have become disoriented.

David Newhouse, 50, was last seen walking north over the East Guildford Train Bridge at about 5.30pm yesterday.

Mr Newhouse is a resident of St Jude's Hostel in Guildford.

He is described as physically fit but can become disoriented and he did not have his phone or wallet with him at the time.

Police are appealing for the public's help.
