Police dog bites woman in Perth

A police dog has bitten a woman who was trying to flee authorities after she and a driver sped away from a random breath test in Perth.

The 38-year-old woman was bitten by the dog as she hid in shrubs along Bunning Lake after police tracked her there just before 2am on Saturday.

It's alleged the woman was a passenger in a car being driven by a man who underwent a breath test in Northbridge but sped away when he was asked for his licence.
