Perth teen 'flashed' special needs kids

A teenager has been accused of exposing himself to children on a special needs bus in Perth.
Police say the 17-year-old committed the offences between August and this month.
He has been charged with two counts of indecent dealing of a child under 13 years and will face Perth Children's Court on December 28.
