Perth group Activate Perth has identified a number of dead spots in the City and East Perth, and that's why they've launched a new initiative to bring more people into the city and out onto the streets.
It’s called the Activated Art Walk and it launches on Sunday for the Western Derby.

The public is asked to download the free EyeJack app and hold a phone in front of the art.
“We'd like to see more vibrancy and more people in the city and its these types of installations that give people a reason to get out of their homes,” Activate Perth’s Anne-Maree Ferguson said.
The three kilometre walk starts from Forest Place, down Hay Street and ending at the Matagraup Bridge in East Perth.
15 different high tech art pieces will be on show.
Organisers are hoping tens of thousands of fans will use the app as they walk through the city and across the bridge before and after the Eagles take on the Dockers.
