Convicted rapist found after removing ankle tracking device

A convicted rapist has been caught after he went missing yesterday when he ripped off his ankle tracking device.
Patrick Narrier has a long history of violent rapes and assaults targeting women and children.

He was released in November subject to 50 conditions, despite being considered a serious danger to the community.
The 45-year old was taken into custody at a house in South Lake at about 10:30am this morning.
