AAP
A 36-year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital after being struck while crossing a road in a hit-and-run in Perth.
The pedestrian was crossing Majella Road in Westminster about 5.25pm on Thursday when he was hit by an old blue hatchback, which was driven away from the scene with a smashed windscreen.
Police say the driver, described as a young, dark skinned male, stopped and approached the victim before returning to the car.
