Two Hong Kong nationals at the centre of Western Australia's biggest methylamphetamine seizure will stand trial after pleading not guilty.

Yik To Ng and Pak Cheong Cheung were charged in September after raids on a Canning Vale home and at an apartment and hotel room in Perth's CBD that uncovered 320kg of the drug, worth an estimated $320 million.

A Perth magistrate threw out their charges over a technicality last month, but the pair were swiftly re-arrested and charged again.

On Friday, Ng and Cheung were committed to stand trial in the District Court of WA, where they will appear on July 1.
