O'Callaghan pleads not guilty in WA court

The son of the West Australian police commissioner has pleaded not guilty to a charge of aggravated sexual penetration without consent.
Russell Joseph O'Callaghan appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday via videolink from the maximum-security Casuarina Prison.
He is also charged with two counts of assault, and one count each of breaching protective bail conditions and breaching a violence restraining order, but those matters will be dealt with when O'Callaghan faces the District Court of WA on December 4.
