No jail for man over building row threats

A Perth man convicted of stalking and intimidating three people following building contract disputes has been spared an immediate prison sentence.

Piotr Richard Clements, 48, was found guilty of three charges in the Western Australia District Court and sentenced to 10 months in prison, suspended for 12 months.

Co-defendants Talbot James Le Page, 46, and his employee Pasquale Forgione, 51, were acquitted after a trial.

A fourth man, Sergio Demali, also featured in the case but did not stand trial.

Mr Le Page was the sole director of building company Turquoise Developments and had been accused of procuring Regal Corporate Solutions, led by Clements and Demali, to collect perceived debts from clients.
