Motorcylist dead after Claremont crash

A motorcyclist is dead after he collided with a car on the Stirling Highway in Claremont on Thursday night.

The 52-year-old man was heading west when he crashed into a vehicle that turned into his path.

The man died shortly after his arrival to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.

His death comes a day after a 17-year-old boy came off his motorbike and died when he hit a tree in Eagle Bay, south of Perth.
