Man in court over WA mum's murder
One of three men accused of murdering mother-of-three Peta Fairhead then dumping her at a hospital last week has appeared briefly in a Perth court.
Ross James Boag, 19, Leroy Daniel Smith, 19, and Lucas James Yarran, 20, are accused of using baseball bats and a machete to attack, kidnap and rob Ms Fairhead and two other people.
They allegedly stole jewellery, mobile phones, money and amphetamines.
Police claim Ms Fairhead, 27, was pushed from a car and left at the Joondalup Health Campus emergency department entrance about 3.15am on August 3 and pronounced dead a short time later.
Each man has been charged with three counts of armed robbery, three counts of kidnapping and one count of murder.
Boag appeared briefly in Joondalup Magistrates Court on Tuesday and his case was adjourned to Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on August 31 where he will appear with his co-accused.
